Gulf Shores Elementary School

Project Description: The New Classroom Addition for Gulf Shores Elementary School is 12,500 SF and will serve students from grades K-2 through 5th. The Elementary School Addition includes six new classrooms, three STEAM Labs, restrooms, an aquarium, and a presentation room. The project exterior includes shallow foundations, steel and light gauge framing, storefront and operable window and door systems, T.P.O. and standing seam roofs and stucco finish system. The project interior includes new gypsum board walls and ceilings and light gauge framing, ACT ceilings, sprinkler system, mechanical and electrical systems, plumbing and fixtures, and storefront and operable door systems. This project is scheduled to be completed in the Spring of 2022.
