Human Resources Ingalls

Project Description: Located in Pascagoula, Mississippi, The Radcliff Project Team successfully completed the 21,000 SF Human Resources Building for Ingalls Shipbuilding in the Fall of 2020. Main Structural Components include helical pile foundations, cast-in-place concrete, structural steel, steel deck, and open-web steel joists and girders. The Human Resources Building currently houses 75 employees serving in human resources roles that include onboarding, compensation, benefits, labor relations, security and visitor control.
