Mobile County Annex

Client: Mobile County
Architect: Goodwyn Mills Cawood
Location: Mobile, Alabama
Project Size: 108,000 SF
Project Description: In 2010, the Radcliff Project Team collaborated with Goodwyn Mills Cawood and Holmes & Holmes Architects in constructing a new courthouse for Mobile County. The building totaling 108,000 SF and 4 stories is of Traditional-Style Architecture and includes various offices, records and archives rooms, probate court rooms, and holding cells. A challenge our Project Team faced during construction of the Annex Building was completing work around the historic LeVert House that was to remain intact during construction of the project. This project was completed on schedule and under budget.
